Tomatoes are an excellent source of Vitamin – C, biotin, molybdenum and Vit-K, Vit- A, copper, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous, Niacin.

  Onions have vast medicinal properties. Onions are high in Vit-C, folic acid, biotin, chromium, and calcium. Have strong anti-cancerous properties too.

Chicken is a nutritious and healthy food which provides energy, proteins, lower amount of fat, satiety, calcium, iron, B-Vitamins. 

Bay leaves contain medicinal properties and a great aroma. Mostly used to enhance the flavor of the dish but there are known benefits that it kills bacteria, reduces inflammation, diuresis, stabilizes blood sugar levels,
