Yogurt and Rice soup

Nutritional Benefits

Rice is the staple food across many countries. It is the basic food ingredient to provide energy. It contains B – Vitamins like Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Biotin, Folic acid. Minerals like manganese, selenium, magnesium , copper etc.

Chicken is a nutritious and healthy food which provides energy, proteins, lower amount of fat, satiety, calcium , iron, B-Vitamins

Yogurt is loaded with probiotics, vitamins (Riboflavin, Pantothenic acid, Vit-B12) and minerals (calcium, phosphorous, magnesium).

Eggs are a very good source of high quality protein. More than half of the protein in a egg is found in egg white, with lower amounts of fat than In yolk. The whites are rich sources of selenium, Vit-D, Vit- B6, Vit- B12, with minerals like iron, copper and zinc. Egg yolk has fat, fat soluble vitamins like Vit-A, Vit-D, Vit- E, Vit-K .

Mint is low in fat, calories. It is a good source of Vit-A, magnesium, potassium, folate, magnese, calcium, iron and copper.

Healing Benefits

It is wholesome and nutritious. Good for weight loss, heart and liver health, improving the immune system, stamina and bone health too!! Can be taken daily/ thrice a week with bread / meal replacement/ just as a soup.
